Ok guys! How do I fix this without buying a whole new seat.

My last resort is to buy a seat cover.

Not sure on that one, you might contact an upholstery shop to see what they might do.

I have had them replace just the one section of upholstery on my work trucks before.

That panel can be replaced by a good trim shop. The sides are plastic (vinyl) and the top is leather...

Typical Ford seat. You could do what I did to mine, absolutely nothing.

The hole in my seat started small but now its fairly big. I hate seat covers and would much rather look at a hole than a cover.

Like has already been said, have an upholstery shop give you an estimate on repairing it by replacing just that section. Or you might luck out and find a new seat cover on eBay or somewhere. I have seen the bottom portion of Chevy seats on eBay many times. Mine isn't nearly that bad, but its cracked and splitting in that same area.
