No regrets whatsoever. 300 mile trip to work Sunday night 65-75 mph speed limits and still averaging around 20.5 mpg. I like the 120 horse tune on the H&S simply because I get the best fuel economy with the hotter tune. My driving style is pretty constant regardless of tune levels but surprisingly the hotter tune yields higher mpg's.
Go figure.
I would absolutely do it again and I recommend it to anyone else that's thinking of doing it.

You should try the 250hp tune. My brothers lml loves it!

I'm running the H&S wild tune on my LML and I love it. Can't wait to get the delete done!
There is never any regrets, outside of warranty issues when removing DPF...
And the DEF equipped trucks come with a factory installed water/meth tank
