So um my truck still leaks oil! :fume: I am tired of all the little oil spots in the driveway and the mechanics telling me that its the drain plug...
I changed my oil the other day and I about needed a breaker bar to get the drain plug free from when they "fixed"it that last time...
I really think that its the rear main.... Its about been that way since I got it and had it in for the first time for this issue around 10k miles.
I told them that they need to keep it this time till its fixed and not send me home in a truck thats not fixed...

But thats not the worst part! I told them that I needed to get a loaner... Well they were cool with that! I have always gone home in a vehicle off the lot... Well now they send you over to Enterprise and since I came from the Chevy dealer I have to leave in a Chevy! +2

Well the only Chevy that they had was a freakin Aveo... I am on hold to see what comes in tomorrow if the dealer doesnt fix my truck by the end of the day..

I really should be happy to have something to drive!!! I almost drove home in an 09 Impala I was desperate to get out of that thing...

Ugghhh OH Well... I will stop whining now and suck it up! :jester:

Sorry to hear about your troubles, Brian! My dealer did the same thing. "Go to our rental agency. You have to rent a GM!" The biggest thing they had was a new Malibu .. and they didn't seem to want to give it up. But, I wasn't taking an Aveo. When I asked where they could get a car transferred from, they "remembered" the Malibu.

Dude I am usually someone that doesnt care what others think but I will tell no lie...

I am embarrassed to drive that thing..

I am driving my black truck tomorrow.... If they fix my truck or get something better to rent I will have my wife drive it...

 Well, my reasoning wasn't really about embarassment. I'm not exactly a "small" guy. So, when she said "How about that Aveo out there?" I just looked at her, that little Coke can of a car in the parking lot, and said "Really? That's it? I'm not sure I can even fit in that thing, much less get back out of it. What else ya got?"

The Malibu actually turned out to be a nicer car than I was expecting. See if they can get you a Malibu. I hated the front-ends on those things, at first. But, it kind of grew on me pretty quick. I think the 'bu may surprise you, if they can get one for you.

Good luck getting your truck back quickly!

I feel your pain, nothing worse than a persistant leak or drip(of any kind).Eventually they'll figure out it will cost 'em less money to fix it right and be done with it rather than put a band-aid on it just to get it out of their shop.Hang in there
