do i qualify? my truck shoots this black smoke out the pipe occasionally. not quite sure what thats all about

What'd you run?

my best with the 38's in 2wd was 2.55 60', 9.62 @ 79.9 in the 1/8...60' sucked. 2.72 was the best that day (it was 101 degrees with a 4500 DA) cooler weather and now have traction bars im sure it will do 9.30's at over 80. when it shifts to second it pulls pretty good from there on. i can outrun mid 14 seond cars on a roll like pattin' for a dance. i did cut a 2.42 once in 2wd but had to let off when i hit 2nd. i could get in the 2.2's now with traction bars

What you running for upgrades?

now i have a predator 2.0,boost stick,cold air,straight exhaust and a suncoast stage 4 trans with 1056 converter

that day i was also stacking a Edge EZ. its slower stacking the edge than just running the predator on kill. my best stacking was 9.72 at 78

Did you run at Dunn/Benson Dragstrip? The next time you want to run let me know and we can both run at the same time!

I have been to the 1/8th mile track once! Ran about 3 times! I it was a blast!


I need to go again cause I know for a fact that I can improve my times by .3-.4!

that was at piedmont for a private track rental. its 1/8 mile. i rarely go to 1/8 mile tracks. usually go to the rock or fayetteville.

i do not go to Dunn-Benson. i do not smoke,buy, or sell weed. nor do i like to be beside someone else doing those things. along with the many other things that go on there that im not into. so i stopped going there many many years ago.

I don't smoke all fun & I sure don't line it up at the tree (not yet anyhow ... maybe after the next round of mods )

But that green handled pump (and not just at BP ) is my friend

i was drinving through the mountains today climbing a hill behind a newer dodge ctd towing a 4 place enclosed snowmobile trailer basically a small camper lol and i couldnt beleive how fast he was up the hill i know he had something done cause when he hit the throttle at the bottom of the hill it was just a cloud of black smoke pouring out the side and i could here it roaring it was badass lol
