I apply Rain-x to all the glass on my truck after every wash. People who never use it will be astonished at how well it works. The water just glides right off at speeds over 40mph. I usually don't even use my wipers unless it REALLY raining bad, or if I'm driving so slow that the water doesn't have a chance to fly off.
I have almost been in an accident before because I couldn't see in the rain. But even since I started using the rain-x, I haven't had that problem anymore. With Rain-X on your glass and always replacing your wiper blades whenever that show the first signs of wear, you should be able to drive in a hurricane
