Makes sense i guess but thats a lot of change to had out when its supposed to be under warranty.

Also i agree that you should go in collected but stern with your point. Very valid to complain.

My question is if you work at a shop why didnt you just swap it yourself? No way it would cost you $3400 to do it yourself.

We're a small shop that services tractors, side-by-sides, ATVs, small engines, etc.

Plus, quite honestly, I've got enough stuff on my plate as is.

Sounds like a typical GM dealership to me

I think you have every right to question the manifold issue. At the very least, they should contact you before doing something like that.

Dealerships are one of those places when nobody is happy to talk to them. So being calm and cool can help. At first, at least

Id be real pissed, it would be really hard to go in Monday and be calm about it.

I'd be pissed as well. I'd be the next idiot on TV running his truck into the building
