Its awesome. One thing im not too keen on is the accelerator... you seriously have to push it 25% of the way down to get it to even move off idle!

The corvettes we sell a sprint booster which makes the throttle response much better... gonna have to get that for this truck!

Beyond that, no complaints so far.

That would suck. You barely have to touch mine and it takes off like a m/fer. Of course, it is an '01 with a BBT.

and a throttle cable.

Justin can improve it, but the throttle rate is not completely tuneable IIRC.

Ill have to pay more attention when I drive it! Havent driven it much this weekend.

Dropped it off for tint this morning.

I will check it out and report back.

It drives very smooth, never know it's shifting unless you actually look at the tach.

Got tint done up! 80% windshield with 5% strip... and 15% all the way around.. back windows were already factory shaded so they are now like 5%.

My wife has a 14 Sierra CC 2wd (long story) with the 5.3 and it has the same throttle response issue. My Ram with the 4.7 actually feels like it has more power than hers, both under acceleration and also just running down the highway, even though the 5.3 is rated higher. I like her truck, but I like mine better...so I guess it all worked out.

Took the truck to dinner tonight... averaged real well... this was a mix of 55mph highway and a stop and go 35mph road.
