Well.. Ok, not just wheels...

After much deliberation, I decided it was time for me and my Sierra to part ways.. For a MULTITUDE of reasons, I opted for a smaller vehicle and (regardless of Motor Trend calling it an "SUV") something more.. car-like...

Meet.. My new ride!

A shot of the interior.. Please disregard the cluttered-up garage in the background!

For anyone lucky enough to sit behind me, plenty of legroom!

Plenty of coverable, lockable storage for my trips..

The pearlescent paint doesn't show up real well in the pictures, but this is probably about the best reproduction of it :

There are things about the Denali that I will miss.. That sudden LUNGE when you step on the accelerator is very high on that list. The Premium Unleaded fuel bills and the 14ish MPG in town, though, won't be missed.. Neither will the higher monthly payments!

It was a tough call, but it was the right call to make.. for me.

I'm pretty sure you have to have a truck in order to be a mod on this site..... you're gonna have to hand over your authority. Thanks and have a nice day.

 @ Carl

Yeah.. It has a smoother ride than the truck. It's not as roomy as the truck, but I fit in it alright.. :)

Yep! Full-time AWD!

I agree.. I didn't want to let it go. But, I've been trying to do some other things in my life and every time I ran my budget #'s, it seemed like that was the next logical step on cutting expenses.. This will save me $150 / month, just on the payment, not counting gas, insurance, etc..

Really cool car, Michael.

I like that color.

I sure did want your truck..but it just wasn't real practical for me to use it for a work truck.
Darn it.

It's not heaven . . . it's Iowa!
:willy: :willy: :willy: I was honestly expecting new "Wheels" as in rims, tires, etc.

But it's your call to make. It's hard to argue with $$$. Looks like a nice enough car!

Yeah, I know.. It would've been nice to keep it in the family. But, I understand your reasoning.. :)
