Even trussed the D30 in the front will be the weak point once you go to 35" or bigger tires. You didnt mention which tcase you have, depending on the gears in it I'd go 4.56s or 4.88s.
Many Cherokee crawlers use the Ford 8.5 in the rear (Explorer rear end and available cheap) and a locker up front. You probably have a Dana 35 in the rear now. They break if you look at them wrong.
