Just picked up my truck, guy left already for the day, so I couldn't yell at him lol. Have to be honest, I think nothing's changed. I know with the tune, from 1st into 2nd resulted in a nice hard kick into gear, that's still there which leaves me to believe the tune hasn't changed. Driveabllity hasn't seemed to suffer either.

Talked to Doug over at ECS, and I will go down during the day and have him update the tune, he's confident he can get the tire/gear ratio right with a guy who just started working there who does HP tunes. Between the two of them he thinks he can solve it. BBP couldn't tune my truck this weekend, suppsesdly no more slots open. AUTOCAL is $539, and I don't even know what the hell it is. If my tune ends up being ok, couldn't I just buy stock PCM's from a salvage yard?

PCMs are VIN specific. The one from a salvage yard would be a good core to program (as long as it isn't locked from a tuner, etc) but would not start your truck.

You betcha
You would need to purchase the proper ECM and TCM. GM uses 53million different ones now so I don't know which ones you need.
