Well we made it back from Galveston on Monday, although the transmission did start acting up a little leaving the island. Seemed like it was slipping a little when the torque converter was unlocked in 4th gear. After a few miles or so, everything was fine again.

Then while driving yesterday, I got a CEL. Pulled the codes today and got P0894 - Transmission Component Slipping. Cleared the code, then hit the road for a while. Again, the transmission started acting up. This time it wasn't slipping, but I had firmer than normal shifts. CEL didn't reappear, but the code did.

I'm scouring the net for some answers, but if anyone here has some ideas, let me know please. Really hope this isn't anything serious, I would like to sell this truck very soon. Not going to have any use for it in less than two months.
