I use Turtle wax bug and tar remover. Its kinda greasy like WD40, so I have to wash the truck again after removing them. I have also heard from many of my co-workers that Real Magic works good for removing bugs, and if you wipe your front end with the Real Magic before a trip, the bugs will come off much easier when you go to remove them. Its really a fishing reel lubricant.

Spray the front end with PLEDGE before going on a trip and the bugs will come off a lot easier.

Really hot water works lots better than cold water to get them off.

I used a bug and tar remover that I picked up from Advance Auto last time I was there. It sprayed on, but was almost a gel texture once it was on. Worked like a dream.

Used it on the grill, hood, and windshield and the bugs came off with no issues after truck hadn't been washed for over a month. I am not sure if it was the Turtle Wax brand, but it might have been.
