Any updates to the club car?
Might be blown up. Not sure. have had too many projects rolling. Being this time of year though, it’s about time to hope back in!

Good brother, how the hell are you?
Doing great! Just getting this Ford in good shape and figured if anyone would appreciate it, it’d be this joint. Good to be able to connect with you again!

Well, I have a skid steer now, and a couple of tractors at the wife’s family farm and I’m getting ready to build a 50x80 barndominium with half of that being a shop.

The fun part is, my buddy and I are going to build it so I wanted to be able to move my own shit without borrowing friends’ trucks all the time.

I also just think they’re cool and the middle kid is an OBS 7.3 fan so I figured we could work on it together.

I’ve got the High Country, the Jeeps, an Envoy and her TDI Passat but nothing really made to do work. Her mom has a 94 turbo IDI but while I did get back into shape for them, it’s just a dog and I’d have to fight the kids for it all the time so I just said **** it and started looking.

Found this one down south of Paducah, KY. 4 hours each way a few Thursdays ago.

Very cool! The Barndo is our dream, so I am super jelly! Before I sold the 5th wheel, we were actually considering going that route. We were going to live in the 5th wheel while it was being built.

That plan all sounds fantastic, and that is the perfect truck for it.

I have been to Paducah! It was one of our more memorable stops during our "Pandemic Tour" in 2020 when we rode 6000+ miles around the country during that shit show.

Small world, or small state of KY at the very least.

Here’s the skiddy. 2005 S205 - 800 hours (just turned yesterday) it got the gold package so it’s got heat/AC/hydraulic attach levers to swap without getting out. It’s perfect for what I do. I have a bucket, forks, stump popper and a grapple. Gets suit done.

Putting a 10K two-post in the shop! 48 now. Too old to be crawling on the floor all the time.

We were going to go one story on the house side but going to go double now. Only the half over the back of the house section will be finished. A couple offices and a great room for the kids and their friends.

The kitchen/LR side will have a 9’->13’ vault to it.

That bathroom in the shop will have the mechanical room over it with trunk lines for HVAC and water. Trying to be efficient since we’re doing the work.

The lift is going where the single white ride is sitting, towards the back. That’s the plan anyway, for now.

2” thick, 6’x12’ island. We’re going to make it ourselves. My buddy has a planer-sander that can handle something that big.
