aaahh... the advantages of a free and international Internet.
Sorry for the inconvenience. It has happened before - it will happen again

What you can do in this case:
- use a proxy to surf "outside" the US-limitations
- complain to them copy"right" associations and their ilk (probably they want to resell the UK-series to the US another time...)

In short, the video tells the story of an Englishman who goes to France, buys a 1958 2CV for 4000€ (, which in my personal opinion is far too much...), gets it fixed up and resells it for 8000€. Net gain in the transaction around 1500€ - If you don't count transport and customs.
