custom fabricated bed roll bar/tire carrier

So I want a roll bar and 2 spare tire carriers. And I found a go rhino prerunner rack /tire carrier and a tiregate prerunner tire carrier. And that totals to 1500.00$
but i was wondering can i have someone fabricate a bed roll bar and two tire carriers for the same...ish price, like around 1,500$-2,000$
here is kind of what i want

If you have access to a welder and a tube bender you can build what your looking for, for far less than the $1500. It takes some serious time and effort ( steep learning curve on pipe bending) but it will be built to suit you specific application.

Well i dont have access to those things. And I have no experience doing that
