Anyone ever hear of this stuff? Just curious. There is an auto detail shop here that uses it. Is it really that good?

It is pretty durable but, if the vehicle hasn't been polished to perfection, all those swirls and scratches are there to stay for a long time.
And if you thought Adam's was expensive, you should check out the price of Cquartz. 10ml bottle for $25 that's a third of an ounce.
Thanks Jarrod, I was just curious. This guy charges $600 to fully detail with this stuff.

Yeah that sounds about right, I know a couple of high end detailers who use it. If you are loaded it's a good investment. You still have to wash your car and keep it clean, the coating just helps to mitigate swirls and light scratches from everyday use. It is a great product just not in the budget for most of us.

Sounds like the Monster cables of the detailing world 
Adams is dirt cheap compared to the products I was using before.
And I get similar results with Adam's as I did the high end stuff I used back in the day. Adam's is a very good value for the quality of product and protection offered.
I've never used Cquartz though. I haven't had a vehicle to warrant it yet.
