Hey, that much plastichrome and double stick tape can really add up.

Those fenders... Replacements or did they stick something over the old wheel wells?

I know I've seen that "air vent" stick-on somewhere else.. It seems WAY out of place on a Chevy!

I have no idea, but in the last red pic there is a closeup of the front fender flare, the top of the flare is square, the bottom def round. My guess is it's just a plastic flare over the OEM fender.
