Alan typically wants to feel a piece of gum left on the tarmac at the peak of an apex. He'll feel like he's piloting the Hindenburg in a Tahoe.

I want to be able to run over a nickel and know where it was made and what year.

I was thinking some nice shocks would tighten it up a bit and make it ride a bit smoother.

You'll get used to the size Alan,my wife went from an '87 Mustang 5.0 HO,5sp. to a full size suburban and loves it.They're not hard to drive, offer great comfort and the fuel mileage isn't too bad considering. She's also gotten pretty good at parking it in a parking lot

Mine,on the other hand,is a little different :jester:

You'll like the Tahoe!
Drop it a few inches, beefier sway bars, and that sumbitch will hold a surprisingly good racing line :D2

I love the Tahoes/Yukons...great vehicles. Given the vehicles in your signature, I'm surprised you are considering one though. :dunno:

It seems like a German SUV would be more your style.
