Well in GM's defense, all that the US Colorado/Canyon has in common with the Global Colorado is the cab shell.

I don't think it looks too bad. Haven't seen one in person yet.

That being said, I don't see myself being in the market for a midsize truck anytime in the near future. If anything I'll be going bigger so my opinion really doesn't matter one bit.

MEH.

Small & not very comfy seats. Decent looking interior otherwise, but nothing very special. Somewhat dorky styling when seen in person... not sure GM will get a bump from this one. I left unimpressed.

I really wanted to like it.

The new full size trucks still blow them away from every angle - square wheelwells and all... and holy crap do they drive nicer then the GMT900 ever dreamed of.

My dad just bought a new extended cab Silverado and I drove it while in Jacksonville this week. It rides GREAT but holy hell does it need help getting it of its own way. Talk about throttle delay. You have to mash it to get it to go and that's with the 3.42 rear end and not the 3.08.

I wish someone would start building trucks again.
