I don't think it will hold air. All four of the runflat disc sections have a seam that ends up exposed in the hub area and they aren't machined tightly enough to seal out air.

I guess this is a test mule version.

There is a seal that seperates the outer/top plate from the inside parts.

Jim, I think that's where the silicone and rubber seal comes in. If you'll notice, they added one right before dropping the rim on.
