Carl and Zach vs Rockfalls Raceway

Carl and I went out to the deep woods of western Wi to race at Rockfalls yesterday.

We did terrible... D/A was 1200ft but good enough. We both ran full weight until our last runs when we started dumping spare tires, tailgates and other crap.

Kind of depressing, but very enjoyable at least. The pros were there with their 7,8,9 second cars lol. Street legal cars were in the minority there.


This was hemikiller's best run and it was with a driver mod. Carl weighing in at 180lbs jumped in and we took out the spare tire as well. I weigh 345lbs so it was going to help having Carl make a run.

His truck is really quiet. In fact we pull into the pits and my buddy asked him if it was even running because he couldn't hear it lol.

Ya got me.... it doesn't sound like that in the cab. I only have a muffler swap..... still completely stock manifolds and everything else. Maybe the wind was carrying the sound. The mustang I raced in the last vid was loud as fWONk so you can tell the camera doesn't pick up the sound very well.

I was running 15.1's and 15 flat. I have a slow as balls truck.

That last picture tells the tale. We're sitting in the staging lanes with THOUSANDS of HP surrounding us. It felt like an earthquake just idling there.
