There's nothing to say it wasn't his fault just because another car hit him.

That said, if it wasn't his fault, be a good dad, Scott and give him your truck and you get a new one.

It WAS my son's fault, mostly. Long story but he did get a ticket for not yielding the right of way. Other person was speeding, and Geico is going to decide after they look at both vehicles. Both covered by Geico
