So a few months back, there was a C-3 Corvette, in my town, that cought fire. Looks like a fuel line leak, was the cause, but IDK for sure. Yesterday, at a local cars and coffee, I meet up with a guy, that was sailing a C-3, that I looked at buying, before I bought my black 79, L-82, 4 speed C-3 Corvette. He tells me that the car that burnt, was his old car, and that it happened to the new owner , after he sold it. IMO that car need more work, than I wanted to put into it. Really glad I passed on buying it now.
