Thanks!! But I'll tell everyone something since this post was some what about a paint job.

I will be driving my Camaro, it's going to get some rock chips, it's going to be driven in the rain and it might even see a dirt road or two since I live in the south and damn things are everyplace

$7500 is cheap these days, I'll have about $1500 in just materials and I am getting a deal from the shop where the car is at. My hourly rate is also $45.00 per hour knocked down from $70.00 per hour. Moral of the story......paint is not cheap and I already had all the 90% of the metal work done!!

I kinda cracks me up to see any car or truck with tons of work done only to be topped off witha shitty paint job. All that money spent only to fwonk it all up.

I don't know why people (myself included, as I said I knew better) get sucked into these shitty f'd up paint jobs. I have had many cars painted over the years and i know what to look for and the questions to ask and I let myself go there to save few bucks!!
I kinda screwed myself also but guys and gals go with your gut also. When you know it's just to good to be true walk away because your going to spend it twice to have it fixed!!! I wish I had the talent to paint and a place to do it but I know I would never be happy with my own paint work.

A paint job also boils down to what you can live with and what you can take when other people look at it and say wow that's really shitty paint job on such nice car or truck. If you can live with that after all your other hard work then just break out the rattle cans
