Well just checking in here. The day didn't start off to good. Went to the salvage yard to get my steering column. Ended up it wasn't the right one. So brought it back and they took out a different one which was correct this time. So was about 4 hours behind were in wanted to be. By the time I got to the shop it was 1 o clock already. Check all the parts to make sure everything was there then started the back end. Went fairly well. Then we got to the front. On boy was everything thing rusted up bad. By the end of the day we had the front end all tore apart and ready to go back together. Then just have to install the new steering column and that should be it. Here's a pic of the rear end with one new leaf and one old one.....
