:crybaby:

Well my saturday didn't turn out to be the relaxing day I had hoped it would be. I was driving home from lunch with my GF and a big 6 point buck came out into the road at the exact time I was driving by. I didn't even see him until after I hit him ad looked in the rearview mirror seeing him flopping around on the side of the road. That bastard hit so hard that I snapped off both antlers and he pushed my bumper about 6"+ into the wheel well and locked up the tire and about punctured it!

All in all I was very fortunate that is all that happened. I mounted up that lightbar I got way back when and never put anything on it. But that bar also saved my saleen grill & my retrofits. So she is in the shop and I'll get a better idea tomorrow on what is gonna happen with the body work. Hoping they will fix my dent in the door too :D

I'm just glad the GF & I are ok, 60mph and a 150lb+ buck don't mix well.

First time in 4+ years I've been with out my truck :(

Sucks to hear, hopefully it more of the bumper that's bent than the frame.

At the end of the day though, you guys walked away. The truck and truck parts can always be replaced.

The truck can be fixed right up and in comparison to the day the deer had, you came out pretty well! Glad you are safe.

Yeah I'm glad we are ok, I was pissed yesterday!

I hope it's just the bumper not the frame, as well

Nothing to worry about there. That deer did not bend the frame. New bumper and a few parts... and all is good.

A few new parts and the truck will look good as new.
I would have kept the deer and had it butchered too. :D

Glad the two of you are OK. Like the clown said, no way that dear bent the frame.
