Brake Issue

So, went out the other morning and had no brakes. Haven't had a problem til now. All the way to the floor, 10 pumps and alittle grab. Parked it. Got a chance today to look into it. After finally getting the housing screws out, thanks Hulk, found the problem. I can't complain. These haven't been rebuilt in 40 years. Fluid pissing everywhere with each step on the peddle. You can always use parked cars or trees to stop, maybe just Flintstone it.

Did you have to order complete wheel cylinders or rebuild kits for the existing ones?

Rebuild kits. $$$$ cause of LR stamped on it.

40 years, i hope you got 4 kits so when the rest of them start pissing you will be ready. do they offer a master cyl kit also? sorry i see you got 4

Rebuilding, everything looks good. Doing all 4 since I'm there.

Smart move. If one goes... the rest are standing in line. As long as the cylinders are serviceable, you are in business.
