Called them again, they have had the truck running for 2 hours and it is developing engine rpm jumping and loosing power, they have it hooked up to gages and are trying to pin point the problem. I'm supposed to call back around 5. I'm just glad they found it was doing something.

I hope it is an easy fix and won't take long. Sucks getting a "new" truck and not being able to drive it.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking when this first came up.. Your first weekend owning the new truck and you can't even go drive it..

Well called again, they are keeping it for another day. The guy said he hasn't been able to get what happened to me happen, but he said the noises that are coming from the engine mean something is wrong. I'm starting to get a little pissed off.

Hey, at least they're not saying "yeah, we drove it a couple a' times and it didn't do it for us. So, there's no problem! Here's ya truck!"

Oh, I agree, 100%! I'd probably be ticked that they tried to sell me a problem vehicle., rather than fixing it before they sold it..

But, since they're trying to fix it, I'm guessing they didn't know there was a problem..
