Been over at a buddy's shop tonight helping them bag a Chevy dually, not sure of exact year, but GMT-400. They've got about 6 days of work into it and were trying to wrap it up tonight for the customer. I am trying to spend a few days a week down there helping so I can learn more about the bagged trucks. So anything I can pickup while working there is a plus for me since I have zero first hand experience with bagged trucks.

That is going to change though. :D

Anyway, not many pics because we were cutting and welding and fitting most of the afternoon- evening. But here is a semi finished- laid out shot and some of the bag towers and hitch plate.

Yeah I gotta agree on the welds, but they are better than most that you see out here.

Thats sad. I taught myself to weld and 98% of the time I will have a nice smooth continuous bead. I'll even post pics! Those welds look like they didn't have their welder set to the right settings. Again like I said I'm not much of a welder, but If I was paying for work to be done I'd want it to look good.

I love bagged trucks... They are a TON of irreversible work though!
