The white front end looks good but I also like the new chrome front. They did a great job there.

Very nice. I hope that white paint holds up on the front of the truck since it's over chrome, doesn't matter how well Tom prepped/sanded it either the front of the truck takes a lot of abuse from stone chips. Hopefully it'll look good for a long time. Why didn't you paint the Dumbo mirrors? Also, ever give thought to painting the black plastic Duramax hood trim white? I never liked that part of those hoods, on a white truck it kind of stands out a lot.

not a fan of the molding, and i didn't want any plastic trim painted because i wanted it all black to match the wheels and keep the white/black theme. i'm a little nervous about the paint, but all the chrome was sandblasted first and my '05 had white painted over chrome and i had VERY few problems or chips with that so i'm hoping for even better resulsts from this. we'll see. thanks guys
Looks great man. Now I know what the rear one looks like white. I like it.

Don't follow too close behind tractor trailers and/or trucks carrying dumpsters.
The truck looks good. I'd love to have a D-Max even though I have absolutely zero use for one.
Wrap the front with VentureShield and you will never have to worry about the paint. I had it installed on the entire front end of my truck along with the mirror caps and rockers from bumper to bumper. With all the abuse the front end and rockers take (I can't stand mud flaps), there isn't a mark yet after ~3 years. I have the it on the other 2 rides also. I love the stuff.
