Back in a Truck

After a year with my Jeep hating every minute, I decided to make a little change. Started looking for something different...had about settled on an F150...then stumbled across a great deal on something I hadn’t even considered.

So far, I love it...2017 Titan XD (gas)

Seems black wheels are all the rage these days. I'm having a hard time finding polished ones. Not really wanting chrome.

I guess I can start a wheel thread. But considering what I paid for the truck and so far, bed cover, tint, CAI and side steps. My funds are a little low right now. LOL

Then I would suggest waiting on the wheel thread. If you start it too early, then you get a bunch of us annoying fokkers asking "is it done yet!?!?"

What did you hate about your Jeep?

It was small, under powered, couldn’t haul anything or pull a trailer, and just wasn’t practical for my family. I bought it as a compromise vehicle...but it really didn’t work well for any of the things I wanted.

It also had lots of little glitches...climate control would randomly reset itself to max a/c LO temp, backup camera would randomly either stay on (even after shifting out of reverse) or wouldn’t come on at all (stick on radio startup screen), laggy touchscreen controls, random service 4wd or 4wd system unavailable messages...the list goes on and on.
