All new mirrors can be had for under $50 ea. with puddle lamps, signals, etc.

You can sand the chrome off pretty damn easily. Hell, mine weren't even really chrome anymore after 200k, just a sort of yellowish vaguely silver color.

My current ones are PTM. I was just hoping to start from scratch rather than having to sand and fill.
