This can be a common problem...

My brother has had a few of them at his body shop.

The Raptor has the same frame as any other F150 of the same model year, so if I had this problem with a Raptor, I would have the same problem with any F150. Does that mean the F150 needs to be taken off the list of potential new truck purchases?

YES

From what I have read the reason this is happening is because people are running aftermarket spring that remove a key component of the suspension. Which is suppose to prevent this from happening and if it not there it cant :dunno:

It also doesnt help to take the limiter off and run it at very high speeds and take it off huge jumps...its a factory truck..not a trophy truck. Im on a raptor forum and the guys who had that happen said its not Ford's fault it was their own...most are smart enough that if theyre going to do that they reenforce the frame and get hydrolic bump stops to replace the little rubber ones that do nothing. I would love to have a raptor and deck it out and fly across the desert. it would do really well on some of my buddies ranches, them cow patties start to stack up and make some awesome jumps

If I'm being chased through a mall by bad guys in a corvette I would choose a different vehicle. :D

On a side note. A good friend of mine almost bought a used one, until he had it inspected by Ford. It had a bent frame. It wasn't as noticeable as the one in the picture, but it was bent. :(
