For the record, im not sayin that if you take your sway bar off you will run 11 seconds and that it will increase your horse power or take 3 tenths of your 1/4 time.
Im askin who does it and why.
My buddies wont eat before goin to the track. Anything that can be takin off is comin off. If they cut or take off a bunch of little shit out or off than they can improve their time. I never have.
Supposedly removing the sway bar in a drag racing application is worth time. It has to do with weight transfer not weight reduction. None of the guys I run with have done it so I can't comment but I drive mine on the street too much to even worry about it. I'll get the rest of my suspension dialed in instead.
