My first order from Adams was one of their packages that included everything for the Porter Cable except the PC itself. I already owned a PC for other products I had used previously. Well the shipment showed up and they sent the package that included the PC. I called them up and told them they sent me the PC by mistake and they couldn't believe I actually told them about it and didn't keep it. So I sent it back to them and they rewarded me with a bunch of free stuff. We emailed back and forth with off and on after that. That was a couple years ago.
