It is a stupid lawsuit but I hope it raises the honesty of those companies. You can get 51 mpg by idling down a steep mountain no problem but that isn't the number they should be using for highway driving.

I bet if you removed a few of those heavy batteries that little engine wouldn't have to work so hard and get better mileage...
