I sent them the pictures and even stressed the ® symbol so hopefully they will approve it. It would be a great item to have as a promo to a specific $$$ amount order as well as to offer for sale.

Hey guys, just got word back from AMSOIL. I can produce the mug, but only as a promotional item.

What does that mean for you, you ask? Well it means I can't sell it but I can use it as a promotional item. Now to work out the details.
