So i bought a 1999 yamaha bear tracker the other day for parts for mine and turns out it runs fine just fine only problem was a loose ground wire . Well i started it back up the other day and it just flooded out running. i rebuilt the carb. and it has gas going to it. but there is not much fire. i have interchanged my plug wire and pack which works and the same problem and the other also worked on mine. I messed with the key ignition some and took apart the kill switch and put it back together. Plenty of fire. put it back on started it up and never started. took the plug back out same thing. just a little fire.

all the wires from the battery are grounded and running to the plugs. so :wtf?:

I would try to find a service manual, and see if you can find the test's for the various electrical components just to make sure they are all indeed good. But like nick said I'd remove and clean all grounds.
