I think congratulations are in order. She signed over the house, and I'm getting her a good vehicle to drive. We are splitting as friends, there is nothing negative going on. We just don't work well as married folk. We have enough stuff in this house to make her comfortable in a new place. All in all, this has gone very smooth for both of us.
