'93 K2500 diesel lift kit help

My dads friend has a 93 2500 4x4 and its IFS not sure what size engine but i know its a diesel and wants to lift it and put 35's....what can you guys suggest for brands and where to look? he doesnt want to break the bank but would like to get your guys opinion

Just started looking stuff up. This is were I get stuff for the burb. I am going to guess this is going to be the range. Still looking though.
