It still looks good! And you have no leaks around the covers like I do! Iv'e seen a little moisture developing around them the past year or so. Now I will fix that when I put the new covers on, do my intake manifold gasket and supercharger all at the same time. Btw, is your pcv hose hard plastic or rubber? The one on mine is really hard plastic. It probably doesn't matter I'm just curious so I know what to look for.

Thanks,I like to keep it leak free.My repair manual(Haynes) says the O-ring type gaskets are reusable but when I put a new cam in it two years ago I got new ones. The hose is hard plastic except for the end that connects to the fitting on the TBI and that's regular vac hose.If I needed to I'd cut it with a fine blade hack saw, carefully of course :D

The gaskets that are on the 454ss covers a bought look good too but im kinda thinking about getting them replaced too because I have no idea how long they were used or how many loose-tighten cycles they've been through. The original ones on mine are starting to leak and they have never been untightened for the life of the truck so Im not sure I trust them. Should look good when its done though!
