I doubt it, but I'm not an expert. See if it lines up on the flywheel and see if the clutch plate fits the input shaft of the tranny. But it may be too deep to work properly.

The tranny is the the one that had the 454-i was just thinking of since i have the 454 out and getting rebuilt for another project and i got a decent used 350 i was just going to put(if i can)the stuff from the 454(clucth, pressure plate, flywheel)and bolt it on the 350 and put it to the tranny that was with the 454-i know 454 and 350 hav the same housing but wasnt sure if this other stuff is changeable to the 350 so i could go ahead and do it...?

Heads after some cleaning. Im going soak them in tranny fluid again then bag them up and put them up to do at a latter time-they are those HO 305 heads
