Nice rig! Even with the emissions crap, the LML isn't absolutely horrible on fuel, just wait until she's broken in!

Until you get the urea system pulled, expect to be filling it about every oil change... Regens around every 500 - 700 miles...

I thought Regens are dependent on your driving style? So if one does a ton of highway miles the regen is less than one with city stop and go.

This is absolutely true.

It's been over 1000km since my last regen... Almost all stop & go city... It's kind of random... Unless the newer LML's have it sorted a little better, lol

What are you driving?

Our 08s regen constantly In the winter in city driving. In the summer we have seen them go 1500 according to printout of the events

I think there was just a post in the What Did You Do to Your Truck Today, thread...

I checked with the Autocal and EFI Live, and it told me I had 66% left on the DEF... Regen wise, I reset my average mileage every tank of fuel, and the average takes a noticeable hit when it does a regen. I mostly do stop and go, but have only gotten the dash warning once...

Gotcha. I guess I should try that LOL. I think I know where my Autocal is.

Mine will do a passive parked regen at elevated idle, but I want to confirm it. It is pretty obvious when the turbo is spooled up, and then it just abruptly goes to a smooth idle. I was told these would not regen when parked, at least the pre-SCR models.

Brian, good to see you man!

If your elevated idle stays on long enough... Mine has never high idled for more than 5 minutes... But it hasn't been colder than -20 to -30 *F since I got the thing.

For having all the emissions intact, I have no real performance or mileage complaints...

Granted, it's not a very long trip, but 150 mile rounder, with one fairly long and steep hill, with my quad in the back, I averaged 15.2MPG, US gallon... At 80 - 85 MPH.

The extra 1 - 2 MPG when I delete emissions will be grooooovy.
