Those giant box wells sure don't make me think that would look great lowered. Oh, and the bumper still blows. Otherwise, COOOOOL! :D

That base radio looks weird surrounded by all that plastic though.

Definitely some good / bad going on there. It begs for some rear wheelwell liners and bigger tires.

I'll never own another lowered truck.

So funny story about the giant wheel wells.

Co-worker says to me today, "I thought you were going to get the 20's?"

Me: "uh, those ARE the 20s"

him: "wow, those wheel wells are HUGE"

Jim: out of curiosity, why not on the lowered truck? Not something I'm looking to do, but curious what the downsides have been.

The ride sucks. If I was 25 I might think looking cool was more important... but the ride simply sucks. The front rides pretty OK with the spindles and springs, but the rear will beat you to death on anything but a smooth road. I've ridden in several lowered GMT900 trucks (lowered different ways) and they all rode like shit. Each owner swore they rode great. One buddy has a fully chopped up and bagged Silvy. It rides good, but it's completely useless. He's in love because the frame lays on the ground.
MEH.

Never again.
