Exactly. But as long as they are the only ones killed or injured, I say they had it coming. If you aren't smart enough to drive right you deserve to end up as a tree ornament.

Dont get me wrong guys, I love the Mustang and I really want to have one of my own again but I just cant get the image of a stupid kid showing off and then killing himself or some innocent people on the road.

They can do that in their Civics w/ fart-can mufflers..

This is very true Jose. The vast majority of kids involved in wrecks are not driving hot cars. Not too many kids will be able to afford one of these anyway!

If the kid was getting the car I KNOW it would be from his parents. I've met a decent number of people who were given fancy cars and trucks when they were old enough to drive. Fancy cars ceased to impress me unless the owner actually knows something about them besides what came in the manual. Now I'm more impressed by the guys who can keep their 1970s clunker still running healthy. I've walked past fully loaded subarus, cameros, mustangs, porsches, etc., to look at old, ugly volvos and miatas that are extreme, home built sleepers.

Not only has Ford upped the Shelby but the rest of the Mustang line is getting some refreshes that I'm very glad to see. Starting in 2013, all Mustangs come with HID headlights and a few other goodies as standard apparel. I'm hoping I can start saving up some $$$ and in a few years, buy a used one if I'm lucky.
