Ended up going to the show today. Thought I'd share some pics.

Just for reference, most of the bikes I took pictures of have a similar riding position to my '84 Honda Nighthawk S CB700SC (I can't stand having any weight/pressure on my wrists).

And now.....PICS!!!!! (I'm pretty sure I labeled them right)

I'm a big Victory fan so quite a few are of them.

Victory Cross Country - very comfortable

Victory Jackpot - thought it was a neat paint job

Victory Vegas - I absolutely LOVE this paint scheme

Victory 106 cubic inch cut-away

Harley XR1200z
- this is the ONLY Harley I like. The riding position to me is perfect, but it looks like the oil cooler is an after thought (mounted vertically on the left side of the bike; can't see it against the vertical frame tube, but it just doesn't look right).

Harley drag bike

Kawasaki Ninja 650R - this is a slight re-design of the Ninja that doesn't put any weight on your wrists

Yamaha FZ1 - 1000cc

Yamaha FZ8 - 800cc

Yamaha FZ6R - 600cc

Yamaha custom - I just liked the paint on this one too

Honda NT700V

Star Vmax - Star is a sub-company of Yamaha (I think) that is produced separate from the Yamaha line

Custom Bike w/ Turbo & Intercooler - I think this was part of a Biker Build-Off at some point; you could start polishing this and finish a week later, then start all over again!

 I didn't see many honda's. :dunno:
There really weren't that many that I liked. There were about 5 bikes (2 were the same) besides the 2 Gold Wings.

Honda, Kawasaki, and Yamaha had their dirt bikes/ATV's/side-by-sides there too, but I didn't take any pics of them.

Great stuff! Every time I see a thread like this I get the itch to have another bike.

Ah ok. The last show I was at was about 3 years ago. Just not as many new bikes there that I can't see in the dealer. But it's still fun to go.

Here's some more of the custom bikes there. There were about 10, but I only got pics of these.

I really don't get the point of the tall front tire or the super wide back tire. Some rear tires are wider than the ones on my truck .
