2008 GMC Sierra Electrical problem

So I have a Sierra that won't start I thought It was the battery so I got a new one in, but even with new battery it won't turn on. I can't here any clicking when I turn the key. Nothing electrical seems to work not the even the key remote to open and close or even the switches on the door to lock and unlock. And no lights in the dash at all. It is just Dead. Could any one guide me in the direccion on how to diagnose the problem. Thanks.

Check the battery cables, especially the ground. No just at the batter, but at the frame.

I had a similar issue with mine, and I believe it was a ground on the frame that solved it.

Of course the dealer had no idea WTF was going on but . . .
