No sorry. I went in on this one like a bull in a china shop...
Switched out the Engine Oil and transmission fluid with some Amsoil lube. Runs really good!
This thing does not have a dipstick. But I measured a full 4 quarts from the transmission. I replaced it with 4.5qts. I asked my mother in law if they had done anything to it and she said that when it was in for a oil change they said it was good.
Judging by the wear metals on the plug and darkness of the transmission fluid it might could be possible that it has never been changed.
128k miles so far doesn't quite beat the equinox in fuel mileage in the city. MIL claims it gets 30-32mpg on the highway but I think she has to be confused with the HHR that they have.
