I have a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 3.7l v6 2wd long bed single cab. I wanna level it and get bigger wheels can anybody recommend any certain brand? Or tell me that I’m an idiot and should sell the truck. I really just want a good looking truck I don’t plan on going off-road in a 2wd. Don’t worry I know this is probably the worst model of the truck dodge made in terms of modifications but come on it was $900. (This can be removed if it’s in the wrong section)

Welcome.
We could probably help with some suggestions, but you have given us nothing other than the make and model. Some suggestions to help us help you:
-Post a picture of the truck
-Tell us what is has now
-You asked for "bigger wheel" suggestions, but have not told us what style you are interested in. How "big" are you wanting to go?
-Do you also want to change the tire style? Do you want to go bigger? Mud tires? Street tires?

The V6 is going to seriously inhibit turning bigger wheels and tires, and you need to remember that your speedometer will be off as well

Right now it’s completly stock. Not a single modification. I’m really really bummed about the v6 I know I could do an engine swap but at that point I’d rather just buy a new truck one that comes with a v8. I don’t wanna go too big with the wheels like 33” I’m thinking about just tightening the torsion keys instead of a full on level kit. Im looking for off-road tires with off-road rims

Okay.
Post a picture of your truck, when you can. That will help a ton.

I will look at some wheels online tonight after work.

Not a bad truck to start off with. You said the racks are off right?

Level it out, change out the wheels and tires to say 20s or 18s. Tint the windows. Try to color match the grill and bumper cap. I'd roll with all that.

A set of 2” leveling spacers for a 2wd can be found for under $100 and are relatively simple to install. Be sure to have it aligned afterwards.

As far as wheels and tires...tons of options out there. One option to consider would be checking Craigslist and local Facebook buy and sell pages for factory takeoffs from newer Rams. All 1500’s from 02-18 have the same lug spacing so pick a set you like and run them. Most factory 17’s come with 265/70/17 tires which will fit fine (probably what you have now). If you find a set of 20’s, they will probably have 275/60/20 tires which are basically 33’s. They will fit fine if you level. The bigger/heavier the wheel/tire combo is, the more it will work your v6...but make the best of what you’ve got and enjoy your $900 truck.

Not a bad looking first truck, but like everybody has said, you're going to work that V6 with bigger tires.
