How do you crank up the torsion bars for a small lift on a 2000 f150 supercab 4x4

I think it's like 7 full turns for 2", if I'm not mistaken.

I am sure its the same as the HDs on the GMs. Take a measurement at a point on the frame in relation to the ground. Do this on both sides. Then climb up underneath by the cross-member and rotate the bolts on the keys until you get to a height you are comfortable with. Remeasure from the points you took your first measurements and make sure they are equal from side to side. Get an alignment.

If you are not getting the height you want, you may need to replace with aftermarket keys.
